D. Kenneth Brock
D. Kenneth (Ken) Brock is a corporate transactional attorney and BLG's original founder. Ken regularly counsels clients as to day-to-day corporate governance matters and has assisted both large and small business clients in the acquisition of working capital through collateralized loan transactions. He has also served as lead intellectual property counsel for several large, multinational organizations, including one of the nation's largest online tax preparation companies.
Ken is a graduate of McGeorge School of Law and a member of the American Intellectual Property Association, the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of California and the American Association of Health Law Attorneys. He also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, as well as a Certification in Database Design, Development and Implementation from the University of California, Davis.
Ken presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce and is a voting member of the Chamber's Business Issues Committee. Ken also serves on the Board of Directors and is one of the original co-founders of the Fairfield-Suisun Leadership Foundation. He is presently a voting member of the Fairfield And Suisun Travis Political Action Committee (FAST-PAC) and a regular speaker for the Solano College Small Business Development Center.
